Your breakfast and morning routine set the tone for the day. I like to start my first meal with my morning parfait bowl.
I don’t know about you, but i am such a routine person. if i start my morning in chaos getting thrown this way and that way.. it just makes the rest of my day stressful. but when I start my morning the way i want it to..
Jesus time, coffee, + parfait bowl.. then I am able to live in a clear mindset. Fueling myself spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Controlling the role i get to play within the day, instead of the day controlling me.
Using your stove top. Place oats into a pan, pouring almond milk over and bringing to a boil.
After, add in your fruit of choice.. stir and place into a bowl adding in your tablespoon of chia seeds and 1/3 cup of almond milk yogurt. Topping with a dash of cinnamon and raw honey.
1/2 cup of Organic GF oaks
Splash or 3 of almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/3 cup of almond milk yogurt (i use Kite hill plain yogurt)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/3 cup of organic blueberries, or fruit of choice
Dash of cinnamon
and drizzle some Raw organic honey on top to sweeten
